Message	Of course the judge can do whatever he wants... but he MUST follow the laws regardless if your guilty or not! Just look at the new book out that OJ wrote, I just heard this morning that he's admitting he killed Nicole. Well he CANNOT be tried again now.. why? Because of the LAWS. Now back to the ticket... This is a simple discrepancy but, it was taken into account a law was writen for it in favor of the defendant. If the judge were to find him guilty he would win on appeal.. simple as that. All he would have to do is site the case law that the Judge violated and take it to appeals court. You should know something ABOUT the legal system before you start giving legal advice...... :Nor is it like "syntax error: the legal system won't compile". :If you were the judge, would you let you out of the ticket?
